This cozy home is located in West Eugene right off of 15th. It has a beautiful front and back lawn with potential for gatherings. The kitchen has brand-new appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a view of the backyard. All tenets have access to the... laundry room, which features extra space for storage.

There are 5 bedrooms and 2 baths total. We are two athletic, academic girls looking for 3 new roommates at the start of next school year. Rent for those rooms would be $680-$720, plus utilities which range from $40-80 depending on time of year. The common space is completely furnished, but bedrooms are empty, just waiting to be decorated!
