Big chain supermarket few blocks away, Lots of restaurant choices,late night corner market pretty close, Newly opened YMCA four blocks... away

Needed: quiet hard-working grad student

me: hard-working (in fact lots of work is out of town)
-----thus , a lot of the time, living in this house share, actually ends up feeling like you have your own place


biggest plus in many past tenants experience has been the park across the street

**ha! other summer show is star trek in the park
called amazon park after the creek passing through

all my years of grad students have renewed their lease every year until their program was finished and they graduated and moved away many have even gotten someone incoming in their department to move in then I didn't even have to do any sales that year very relaxing I am not a property manager this is just a mom and pop business
