This spacious, and comfortable home is suited to a professional couple or two mature individuals. It is located in... a beautiful wooded neighborhood of owner-occupied homes near the University of Oregon (walk or bike), and has access to hiking trails that lead to Hendricks Park. The home is a block from Laurelwood Golfcourse with its lively Laurelwood Brewery. The house is fully furnished and features mid-century modern furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided. My husband and I live in the adjacent property and will be available as needed while respecting your privacy.
