Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over the end of my lease from now until July 31.

The house is very spacious and full of natural light. It features an incredible deck, a lovely backyard, and well-furnished common areas (conveniently near the A/C... unit!). The kitchen is large with plenty of cabinets. There are two fridges and two bathrooms that are shared in the house. There is also a washer and a dryer available. The location is in the neighborhood near the Laurelwood Golf Course, so it is a nice ~15–20min walk from campus.

The room available has its own private entrance, large corner windows that let in great light, and a spacious closet. It is on the lower level of the house, so it keeps very cool in the summer. The rent is $1,066/month + utilities.

You would be living with two wonderful, kind roommates who are currently studying for the bar, so a quieter subletter is preferred. There is also a very sweet poodle mix in the house. Unfortunately, the landlord doesn’t allow additional pets.

I really enjoyed living here! I am only moving out early due to a change in my timeline.
