Sunshine Chambers on Chambers Street

Private room for rent

Hello! I am searching for another roommate in a shared house with four other roommates (a total of 5 people in the house). The home is about a 10 minute drive from campus and there is room for 5 cars to park in the driveway... without parking anyone in! There are a total of 3 full bathrooms, two are shared between two rooms, and one room has its own. Common spaces include a kitchen, living room, dining room that are all furnished. Also a back deck/porch with a view of city lights, and a washer and dryer.

Each room in the house has its own individual lease so no one is responsible for the full house rent. Utilities are a separate cost per person currently at $120 a month. The term of the lease is for one year that converts to month-to-month after the first year is over.

The room is quite spacious and has a lot of natural light. One side of the room has a skylight that plants thrive with. It also has a great view (you can see Autzen Stadium from it!)

The room would be available by January 1st, maybe earlier. It is located in the upstairs portion of the house and shares a bathroom with another room nearby. There is a queen bed and bed frame that can stay in the room, but is also able to be taken out if needed. The cost of rent for this room is $776, adding in the $120 utilities would total to $895 a month.
