Sylvan street shared house

Looking for a housemate in a shared, charming home within walking/biking distance to the UO. There are currently four other housemates and two cats (who sometimes venture out into the shared spaces). The room will be available in early August. It is... a good-sized room and rents for $725/mo plus shared utilities (currently $105/mo each). It is on the bottom floor and has key code entry. The bathroom on the bottom floor is primarily shared with two other housemates (there is an additional bathroom upstairs shared by the other two housemates). Amenities include: washer & dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, off-street parking for up to five cars, fully furnished shared spaces, and great outdoor spaces. The room itself can be completely unfurnished or partially furnished ($10/mo additional fee for bed), depending on your needs. Smoking is permitted outside only.
