The 515

I'm searching a girl who will take over my lease for the Spring and Summer term. It is also possible to renew the lease after that. You will have your own fully furnished room with a bed, closet, desk and chair in a 5-bedroom/4 bathroom appartement... with a lovely balcony. I have two roommates, so you have a lot of space and a private bathroom, even though you pay for a shared one.
My roommates are both super sweet. It's always nice to have someone to talk to in the evening, we sometimes watch a movie, go shopping or cook together, but still everyone lives it's seperate lives.
The appartement has a big living room & kitchen area including a couch, tv, kitchen island, oven, microwave, big fridge, freezer and seperate fridge for drinks. Since my roommate already lives there we already have a amazon firestick and all kitchenware you will need, like dishes, cooking utensils, water boiler, soda stream, smoothie maker, wafflemaker, slow cooker and so on.
The appartement building itself also has many benefits, like a gym, a sauna, a steam room, computer lab, common area and a rooftop with a pool, hot tub and open air cinema. More information in my contacts.
