Two bedrooms, one bath. Third room dedicated home office furnished with stand up built in desk, cabinets and storage. Kitchen with dish washer, electric range, refrigerator. “Super pantry” with more cabinets and stacked washer dryer. 1000 SF. Off street parking for two vehicles in driveway. Mini Split HVAC system with AC.

Fully fenced private yard. Back deck. Raised beds.
Basic lawn care and trash/recycling/yard waste included.
No pets. No smoking. No parties. No events. No sublease.

There are two options for renting:

1) Unfurnished for a 12 month or academic year lease. 2200/mo. Lease may start any time after July 15. Let’s talk about options.

2) Newly furnished (not shown in pictures). Lease terms: Academic year, 1 academic term, or multi academic term lease. Possible 12 month lease option. Available mid to late September in time for the beginning of classes. $3200 mo.
A furnished option would include: Newly fully furnished living and bedrooms (w/queen beds). Fully equipped kitchen. Linens. Bookcases with books, lots of books! Internet. Trash/recycle. Utility options/allowance discussed. Please ask for more details if this is of interest.

Access to garage for additional fee. Garage is a great option for an art studio/workshop. It does not hold normal sized cars.
