Decent apartment

I love the location of this apartment complex, it's right next to Autzen stadium as well as Oregon Medical Group. The rooms are spacious and the wall heater plus attached bathroom are nice additions. The workout facility is nice. There's a few downsides though. The garbage chute on my floor is always overflowing, security has been pretty lite which is concerning, and management to resident communication could be better, especially when handling complaints. Overall it's an ok place to live. ...

Literally the best complex ever.

I moved in here last month and I cannot even say how much I love it! The rooms and amazing and spotless, the amenities are amazing and modern because it is a new construction and the staff cannot be beat. The leasing managers and the maintenance woman and so nice and always there whenever you need something. 10/10 would recommend to any student looking for somewhere to live.
