The Hayward Student Living

Room (and private bathroom) available for rent below market rate at the Hayward Student Living. Available to move in ASAP. December rent is already paid!

Base rent is $625. Utilities vary, roughly $80 per month. Plenty of parking for $50 per month.... Pets allowed, but no dogs please. 3 cats already call this place home.
This is a quad-style apartment. The other three rooms are filled, all female/nonbinary young adults. Must be LGBTQ friendly. Not a good fit for couples or males.

Room can be furnished or remain unfurnished at no additional charge. Washer/dryer in unit. There are two onsite gyms, a yoga room, study rooms, two pools, and more.

I lived here for two years and rather enjoyed it. The biggest downside is it can be a bit noisy, especially on weekend nights, due to the downtown location. However, it is only one block from the bus station and there are so many great shops nearby!

Lease will run to August 31st, 2026. There is an option to renew. The leasing office does not allow subletting, instead they offer reletting. So you would be creating your own lease, but the major details (end date, rent amount, etc) would remain the same from my lease. Serious inquiries only please.
