The Hayward

This is for a lease takeover beginning January 1, 2027.
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Hayward beginning in January. The contract is signed for one of the lowest rates in the complex and whoever takes over the lease would have... the option to renew at reduced rate for the next year.
This is a private bedroom with a private bathroom and it comes fully furnished!  There's also a walk-in closet attached to the bathroom with lots of storage and the bedrooms all have their own private key and lock. The Hayward is a super great place to live if you're a student, recently graduated, or are looking for an affordable place in downtown Eugene that is very walkable and close to public transit.
I've lived here for about a year now and I really love the location and amenities. I'm graduating and hoping to find someone who's a good fit for my apartment and roommates when I'm gone! The unit would be fully cleaned and ready for move-in beginning January 1st.
