The place is very nice good management staff. there are locker hubs downstairs, yoga room, gym, they are also doing major renovations like adding a rock wall and golf simulator and renovation the game room/lounge. there is a nice pool and hot tub as... well as grill area and it is close to downtown but not sketchy and also means a lot of places within walkable distance. we also get a personal parking garage and each spot is worth $50. there are three different levels of the apartment the first floor contains the kitchen, sitting area, half bathroom, dryer/washing. the 2nd floor and 3rd floor have 2 bedrooms on each and they are private bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk in closets.
