Where to begin with the Patterson Social... Ridiculously overpriced apartments for what you get. The Patterson Social lacks many of the amenities that come standard with other student apartments in Eugene: no TV, no garbage disposal, etc. The apartment is located directly behind a few of the loudest houses in Eugene so good luck getting any sleep on the weekends.
The package delivery system is terrible. They will leave packages right in front of your door up for grabs in comparison to my prior apartment in Eugene which secured packages at the front desk and asked for photo ID to retrieve them. I had a pair of shoes stolen from my front door that the apartment claimed no responsibility for.
On top of all this, I graduated in 2020 (COVID year) and they had the audacity to charge a $151 dollar "wear and tear" fee when I paid 4 full months of rent and did not occupy the apartment. Amenities including the gym and study room were closed completely due to covid and no discount of any kind was offered for this.
All I can say is do not live here. Awful management and awful apartment

Great Location!
Only had a chance to call in and look at the website, my experience with the staff was great! Jarred was helpful and able to answer all my questions. The apartments look great and comes furnished, there are a lot of food places within walking distance.

Wowza!
When I first toured the Patterson Social, all i could think was wow. The place is so nice and they have 2 gyms!! i can't wait to move in! thanks to maddie for the help! you and your building are bomb.com
