Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my unfurnished 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at The Pearl. I’ve lived at The Pearl for four years and have absolutely loved it.

The unit features a spacious balcony with beautiful city views, and... rooftop access with views of Spencer Butte. The building also includes a fitness center. The location is ideal — kitty-corner from the Safeway on 18th, just 0.6 miles from West UO campus, and less than a mile from downtown. Management is extremely responsive, and the building is quiet, well-maintained, and secure.

Please note that the unit pictured is a sample unit with similar finishes and features. Please refer to the floor plan for the exact layout and dimensions of the available unit. Also, all 2 bed/2 bath units in The Pearl for the next academic year are accounted for so, if you've had your eye on The Pearl, this is your chance to sign for a unit.
