The Pearl Apartments Lease Takeover

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my unfurnished 1 bed, 1 bath apartment at The Pearl. I’ve lived here for four years and have absolutely loved it. I'm actually moving into a different unit in the same building for next year... to move in with my partner.

The unit features a spacious kitchen, a balcony with beautiful city and mountain views, and rooftop access with views of Spencer Butte. The location is ideal — kitty-corner from the Safeway on 18th, just 0.6 miles from West UO campus, and less than a mile from downtown. Management is extremely responsive, and the building is quiet, well-maintained, and secure.

Because I had already signed my lease renewal at a discounted rate, you’d pay $1,450 per month instead of the current $1,605 for an entirely new lease. Please note that this is not a sublet—you’d be fully taking over my lease.
