The Rive

This is the 4x2 A floor plan and you would be reletting bedroom A in this plan. It is set on the top three floors which we are not sure what floor it will be. You will have a view of Autzen Stadium and other sky line of Eugene. This room is... guaranteed a good view above the buildings next to it. The three girls that will be in the other 3 rooms are all sophomores from the Honors College and are very responsible, kind, welcoming, and funny. Each bedroom door has its own lock for privacy and each unit is fully furnished. There is a rooftop area with a pool and a hot tub. Also, there is space to grill and hang out. There is a trash chute, so no lugging trash downstairs to the garbage area.
The Rive is located right next to The Original Pancake House and is a very short walk to campus. Parking in their underground structure was requested, but at this point they have not given an answer as to whether there is availability yet, but since this lease was signed in the early fall there is a high likelihood that it will be awarded.
