Relax and enjoy this family-friendly, centrally-located, recently restored Mid-Century home. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Fully fenced private back yard. Easy access to bike paths and walking distance to shopping at Oakway Center. Just... off the highway and minutes from UO, Autzen Stadium, downtown Eugene, and 5th Street Market.

This is a private single family residence, and you'll have access to the whole property. The house is fully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms (twin, queen, king), as well as a full/double sleeper sofa in the living area. The fully stocked kitchen includes a range with built in air-fryer. A dedicated desk in the twin bedroom means the space doubles as a convenient office when needed. The high-speed internet (included with the rental rate) is EXCELLENT! There is a large, fully-fenced and private backyard for you to enjoy.

Note that the house has limited interior storage. However, there is a large storage shed in the backyard that is available for your use.

About us: We are humans happy to rent to other humans. We are not a large conglomerate and this is our only rental. We restored the house ourselves and we know the neighbors. That means we care about the house and our tenants. When things break, we fix them. When you call, we answer the phone. The house has been on AirBnB for about 3 years now, so feel free to check out all our 5-star reviews there (93 reviews and a 4.95 out of 5-star rating!!!). We are excited to welcome longer-term tenants to the house.
