2 bedroom with each room having an on suit full bathroom and a shared common area and full kitchen. Our unit is called Birch. Unit comes furnished with a bed/mattress, desk/chair, side desk next to bed, and couch/TV (in common area).

Brand new... property that opened last year in 2024.

Property has a fitness center, wall climbing area, rooftop pool and lounge area, study rooms, elevators, and more that you can find on The Standard's website.

Property is only a 12-15 minute walk from UO main campus and across the street from a Whole Foods. Close to downtown.
