The Studies on 19th

We are three 22 year old girls and one cat (who prefers to not be around other cats) looking for a fun and functional roomate starting July of 2025 and ending July of 2026! There is one room left in our apartment/ townhome on the third floor facing... Emerald Street. We are one block down from campus and Tom's Market, Prince Pucklers, McMenamins, etc. Our townhome comes equipped with an unit washer and dryer, a locked bike room, and cheap street parking. There's a kitchen, half bathroom, and living room on our first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on our second floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor alongside the aformentioned washer-dryer unit. Rent is about $777 monthly per person, not including utilities. Please contact us if you are interested!
