The Studies on 19th

Me and my roomate are currently looking for two fun and functional roomate starting hopefully in November of 2025 and ending August of 2026! We sadly have to leave Eugene, but want to set up our two awesome architecture roommates (22 and 23 female)... and our wonderful cat who doesn't like being around other cats, but is lovely with people. We are one block down from campus and Tom's Market, Prince Pucklers, McMenamins, etc. Our townhome comes equipped with an unit washer and dryer, a locked bike room, and cheap street parking. There's a kitchen, half bathroom, and living room on our first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on our second floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the third floor alongside the aforementioned washer-dryer unit. Rent is about $800 monthly per person, not including utilities. Please contact us if you are interested!
