Townhouse by South Eugene High

Looking for a third roommate in a townhouse on 19th and Ferry. It is a three bedroom, two and a half bath, three story house, with in unit laundry, parking options and a balcony. Rent and utilities is around $600 a month, depending on the utilities....

The other two tenants are recent graduates of the UO, graduating in June, and looking for other recent graduates, seniors or grad students. We would prefer someone female-identifying.

We do have a cat, so must be okay being around him. You won’t have any responsibilities in terms of looking after him, unless you feel comfortable and want to do so.

The room would become available early December/January, and the deposit is one month’s rent.
