I had a maintenance guy come by named Jeremy to fix my washer dryer unit. He was so nice and friendly! He was willing to look at other things I hadn’t submitted a ticket for while he was here too. He was quick about his work and we had some cool conversations while he was here. It only took him about an hour to do the whole process too! Super friendly and awesome. At the end he even put back all my stuff where it was and swept and cleaned where he was and the new washer.

I just moved into a one-bedroom apartment and it’s been amazing so far! The apartment is HUGE! The leasing staff was also amazing and helped answer any questions I had! They really made this an easy process.

Some great people working here, the maintenance and cleaning people treat you like real people. They come in and have a conversation with you and listen to your concerns. However, the building management doesn’t care about their employees nor their residents. So many issues like parties that get out of hand could be avoided if they invested more money and time instead of wasting it on stuff no one cares about.
