Union on Broadway

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Union on Broadway apartments. It's a studio with a view towards the beautiful east side. The lease ends in August. It's one of the best places to live in Eugene for students. Unfortunately have to... leave because I have to move to south of campus.

I moved in 4 months ago. It is a fully furnished apartment. Everything is brand new. It includes a Refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave oven ( all GE products) .

A Bed with comfortable mattress, study table, side table, sofa chair and a small table. Large sliding drawers and chair with wheels.

Other amenities include extremely high speed internet ( both private plus guest ), highly efficient sound reducing room ( don't hear a thing even if someone is partying on the weekends), a proper group study room on each floor, a bike storage room on each floor, huge study lounges with printing facilities on the 2nd and 12th floors.

It also has a very modern indoor sitting area with a ping pong table and kitchen facilities on the 12 th floor. This can probably accommodate around 30 people.

A Well equipped gym, large tv screens, outdoor sun deck, outdoor dining tables, bbq place , hot tub and invidual study rooms are also found on the 12th floor.

There is a very nice coffee shop on the 1st floor and individual lockers as well as a large secure storage room on the 1st floor for larger parcels.
Spacious basement parking is also available.

10 minutes walk to the campus, 30 minutes picturesque walk to Autzen stadium, right next door to 24 hours McDonalds and other restaurants.

Whole foods is right across the road, it's a five minute walk to downtown, 10 minutes walk to Saturday market and the 5th street market.
