Walnut Street House

1 fully furnished bedroom with attached bathroom in a fully furnished house available near campus!

The home is on the east side of campus, a 5 minute walk from Matthew Knight Arena, and about a 10 minute walk away from the EMU and student rec... center.

The available room is on the lower level next to the kitchen. The rest of the rooms (4) and roommates (4) are upstairs. This is the second largest and most private bedroom in the home due to it being the only bedroom on the first level.

We are looking for a roommate to take over a lease for the 2026/2027 school year. Lease begins in September and end in July. Amenities include parking, TV subscriptions, Wifi, AC, and new washer/dryer, however utilities not included (about 60-80 per month).
