Washburne Historic District Detached Studio
This studio cottage is in the Historic Washburne Neighborhood of Springfield, Oregon. It is in a safe neighborhood and within a 10-minute walk to downtown Springfield and the EMX. The Springfield Police Department is only a few blocks away. We are... close to many running and bike trails which are cleaner and less busy than Eugene's. It is an easy bike ride to the University. Situated close to various shopping and grocery stores, we rarely have to drive more than 5 minutes to access what we need.
The studio is modern and positioned behind two gates on the same property as our historic home. There is no additional storage outside the studio. The laundry room is directly accessed through the back door of the larger home. There is an additional door that separates the laundry room from the larger home. The studio is furnished.
We only lease for more than three months. A background/credit check and rental references are required. We do standard lease agreements as this is not a short-term rental.
