1 Bed Apartment w/ Balcony

I will be leaving Eugene early next year, as I will have graduated by then! I will have to be out of my apartment soon, and if need be, it can be earlier than January. The apartment is super nice and there is also a balcony that looks into one of the... courtyards. The building is brand new and there are a lot of good amenities. They also do a lot of community events which can be fun to hang out. There are quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, large closets, and a package room, so your packages are secure. The apt is 1 bed/ 1 bath and is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk, couch, chair, TV, and TV stand. I'm trying to figure this all out soon!
