Pet Policy: One pet, cat or small dog up to 40 lbs, is permitted. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet. Additional pets will be considered and must be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power. Tenants pay a flat utility fee of $50/month to Owner/Agent for water & sewer and refuse service. Tenants are responsible for internet/cable if desired.
Laundry: Home includes access to community coin-operated washer/dryer in laundry rooms.
Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping/exterior care.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property or the interior of the community.
First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant.
