Historic, designer 4 bedroom home within 1 mile of campus. 2 bedrooms available beginning September 2026 for 1 year lease. Home is fully furnished and shared with two responsible and studious U of O undergrads. One available bedroom is upstairs with... a shared bathroom, giant walk-in closet, fully furnished with bed/mattress, desk and dresser ($900/mo). Second available bedroom is downstairs with a shared bathroom, closet, fully furnished with bed/mattress, and desk ($850/mo). Fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished living spaces and secure backyard. Plentiful street parking available.

About us: I am a male, U of O junior studying accounting. I am responsible, organized and considerate. I work part time with kids. Our roommate is female, U of O junior studying business administration and also works part time. We are both from Southern California.

What we are looking for: A responsible, considerate student to share our home. We keep the shared living spaces clean and are looking for the same.
