Alder Park

hi all! my three other roommates are rising seniors (21F and 22F) and looking for someone to move into my room (bedroom #1) in our our 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment right on the edge of campus! we are located on 17th between alder and hillyard. it is a... 10 minute walk to anywhere on campus, a two minute walk to hed-co, and right next to a bus stop as well. the lease is august to august! it is $850 a month with utilities being ~$50. washer and dryer is included! there is a garage parking spot that you can have for $75 but street parking is pretty easy to find! the permit is $150 a term. IT IS UNFURNISHED they are super fun and welcoming girls who love to laugh, hang out, have people over, and are hoping to find someone else who will fit in great with us! we are not particular on gender but would prefer a student but would not turn anyone away who isn’t! message me for more information or any questions!
