Beautiful House and Yard in West Jefferson Neighborhood

Great room first level with a laundry room and newly remodeled bathroom and bedroom. Outside there is a lockable storage area for bikes and equipment, a private patio and shared garden. This is a non-smoking and pet free home. Located right on the... bus line but can easily bike to the U of O campus in just minutes. Move in September 1st with one year lease. You'd need to pay first and last months rent along with a security deposit when you first move in.

We generally like to keep things quiet in the evening; no large functions, but great for hosting friends. We're looking for someone who is generally neat and willing to help with household chores. In the past, we've bought food as a household, but if that doesn't work for you we can keep your part seperate. We'd love to have another queer person, but anyone is welcome as long as you're friendly. A lot of us play music, if that's something you'd like to join. If you're involved with your union or do any organizing you'll fit right in (we're a UOSW/CJL/YDSA household at the moment)!
