We have just finished building a brand new small studio cottage with a separate entrance in the back of our home. It has an outdoor area in front and side to read, BBQ, or just relax. The inside has all the amenities including music, TV, and WiFi.... The cottage is near bus stops and I-5. It is about 10 minutes to the University by car and is near many good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. The neighborhood is safe and quiet to be able to study and sleep well.
