The detached cabin studio is at the end of a long driveway, parking just feet from the entrance. It is well insulated, new windows, doors, and refinished fir floor. Large skylight provides south light and view into the oak canopy overhead.

Kitchenette and living/sleeping area comprise the main room. A sectional couch; queen size bed with good mattress; large table; butcher block island. Small microwave, toaster oven, two burner hot plate, new refrigerator, baker's rack. Kitchen furnishings & utensils, etc.
Rear entry opens to covered deck and allows for safe storage of bicycle and outdoor items.
Rent includes utilities, garbage collection. Laundry room is shared, washer, dryer and hanging dowel.
The property has mature fruit trees, large deciduous and conifers. The feel is rural and private in spite of the location. Bus stop to campus is directly across street.
Owner's house is 35 ft. away, on the north property line. Both buildings are set back 100' from street. Owner is the original resident, prioritizing the health of the natural landscape, beauty, and privacy.
