Student housing sublease for mid-May to mid-August. Third/top floor of Stoneridge, a Capri Eugene property. Quiet part of town. I will be moving back in Fall 2026, so I’ll likely just leave all decorations/furniture. Sublessee must be enrolled at an... accredited college. I can’t offer my parking pass, as parking has to be arranged with the leasing company.
