The house is three levels and 2,400 square feet, built in 1960. The apartment is on the first floor (not a basement) with it's own private entry. It is quite spacious at 750 square feet but also has many large built in cupboards, drawers, and... bookshelves. The living room windows look out at the front garden and driveway with beautiful neighboring trees. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, full refrigerator, stove top and small appliances as well. All that's needed for cooking/dining. Washer and dryer in small room off kitchen with sliding door. There is no dishwasher.
Bedroom is large with two closets, built in drawers for clothing, comfortable bed. Small desk and chair. Two large windows look out on large back yard with fruit trees, blueberries, raspberries, native plants and flowers. Heat pump for AC/heat in bedroom.
Large covered patio and grill shared with retired owner as well as gardens. Space allowed for beginning or experienced gardeners. Totally organic practices for 25 years. Not manicured.
