It is located on an alley in a very walkable neighborhood with groceries, bakeries, restaurants, brew pubs and all services within a few blocks. The Amazon/Rexius running trail is 3 blocks away. The new Y is 6 blocks away. The university is within easy biking distance (approximately 1.5 miles). This home was originally built for our parents and is located adjacent to a family member’s home. We are looking for a conscientious tenant for the holidays when we will be traveling. We are open to most short-terms but the home will be available from November 23rd through January 12th.
