College Hill Entire Home, 3B, 2B, 1.5 Miles to UO & Downtown, Sunset Deck, Washington Park

Note: a minimum of a three-month block of time is required for rental.

Beautiful 1920's furnished College Hill bungalow, ideal for a family, a couple, or a single person. Great location: residential, easy walk/bike to downtown, restaurants and...
shopping. The house is on a corner lot, one block from Washington Park and one and a half miles from the U of O campus, on main bus line/dedicated bike lanes. Nearby Amazon Park is a very large city park with walking/biking trails and a community pool.
The house has many historic features: coved ceilings in the living room, original wood flooring in public areas, original wooden cabinetry. Amenities include washer/dryer, tons of storage, off-street parking, a large new deck and a landscaped yard. Recent upgrades include a new dishwasher, microwave, solid-surface kitchen counters, newly finished hardwood floors, energy efficient windows, new plumbing, new central air conditioning and heating system.
The house has one bedroom on the main level plus a closed-door office. The bedroom has a full four poster bed. The bed has a new firm mattress. The office contains a sleeper sofa. The main floor bathroom is newly renovated with a shower/tub. The paneled den off the kitchen leads through glass doors to the large deck with a view of Washington Park and the sunset over the Coastal range. On the deck is where outdoor living happens around the teak table and chairs, a glider swing and a grill. Downstairs there is a full basement, storage, another full bathroom, W/D and a queen bedroom/playroom.
Electrical, water, cable/internet, and gas heat are the responsibility of the tenant. Lawn service is provided.
The house is completely furnished with high quality West Elm and Pottery Barn furnishings, rugs, blankets, and linens. The kitchen is very well equipped with Pottery Barn and hand-crafted plates and bowls, glassware, Le Creuset pots, and an extensive array of food preparation items. We have lots of toys, books and bikes in storage if you would like to use any of them!
This house is loaded with tons of extras too numerous to list and not typically included in a rental home. The College Hill neighborhood is one of the most desirable, safe, and friendly locations in all of Eugene. Neighbors walk their dogs, stop to chat. Children play in the park. Adults practice tai chi and play tennis. It’s very easy to settle in and feel at home. This location is a congenial place to land for the months you’ll be living here.
