Cute house next to campus (Shared Housing)

The House is super cute and pretty versatile. The house's ground floor includes two bedrooms occupied by my roommates, as well as the living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small multifunctional room that I've used as an eating/workspace in the past.

The upstairs space consists of the available bedroom, as well as a common area that can be used as a work area, hangout space, and a guest sleeping area. The bedroom is super cute and has a lot of privacy and sound insulation from the rest of the house. The window is west facing so it gets great afternoon light. It also includes a lot of great built in shelving and a nook with a clothes rack. I'm also happy to leave the dresser for whoever moves in.

The south face of the house opens onto the street and our front yard which gets great daylight and some privacy provided by chest high hedges. Its great for picnics and outdoor hangouts. The back of the house, on the north side, abuts the adjacent apartment complex that we share our dumpster, recycling, and laundry room. Our parking is also in the back, which includes one compact space in the apartment lot as well as a larger driveway that fits two cars comfortably (or even up to four small vehicles if you are skilled at parking).

The house is two blocks walking distance from campus and is one block away from a great convenient store. The restaurants, and cafes on thirteenth are just three blocks north and you can reach Hirons and Safeway in three minutes on foot. It's also worth noting that the neighborhood is very bikeable.
