Rent is so high for the space available. Kitchenette is an overstatement. They didn’t tour the smaller unit I assumed we were getting the unit we toured. Mail room frequently didn’t accept my codes. About 15 parking spaces for 100 tenants. 2 hr street paring outside. Near high school so you’ll hear games every Friday night and student events

The only reason I moved here was that my previous roommates stole from me and fought constantly. You may not have roommates, but the noisy neighbors make it seem like you do. The management has changed five times since September '21. The management refuses to do anything about noise. I was literally told to "call the police" by the third manager. (I just want my neighbors to shut up so I can sleep, not get shot... >_>)
I was stuck in the elevator when it broke for thirty minutes. The fire alarm... went off while I was at work and the building had firewalls drop in front of the elevator on every floor, and the fab-locks were unlocked 24/hrs a day for almost a week (the "secure" bike lock-up room was unlocked during this time - I hope no one's bike got stolen). One of the cleaning people spit on a hand-written note and stuck it to my windshield when I parked briefly behind her. Ironically, she threatened to tow my car because I "blocked her in," - yet she got out and was gone when I came back down ten minutes later and saw the note...
I would love to move out as soon as I graduate, but if you want someone to take over your lease, there is a $350 fee. I just wish I could sleep at night.

This is an extremely dangerous area to live in! I have gotten my car window shattered, egged and broken in to multiple times since moving in just 3 months ago and parking out front on Ferry Street! This place is an extremely high price for such an unsafe location to live. I would NOT recommend it to anyone!
