This is a historic home in the Historic Washburne District of Springfield. The lease includes all areas excluding the two downstairs bedrooms. The house includes a foyer, living room, dining room, one full downstairs bathroom, kitchen, pantry,... upstairs office/bonus room, and a large upstairs bathroom with a living area and full bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room which is directly accessed by the back door is to be shared with the tenant of a detached studio on the property.
This is a one-year lease, with the first month's rent and deposit due at signing. Yard care is provided at no cost to the tenant and utilities are included in the rent. There is no smoking on the property. Other terms are subject to the lease agreement.
Housemate details
This is a shared space until January 5, 2025. We are a married couple with a child, but we will be living abroad for the duration of the lease. We may rarely come home for a day or two for unforeseen property maintenance or rare business needs.
