Large modern 4-bedroom house 2 blocks from UO needs tenants
The large, modern 4-bedroom house in our backyard already has one serious student who has signed a lease for the coming school year. We're looking for 3 more tenants to sign a one-year lease beginning July 1. The house has vaulted ceilings with... chandeliers, large bedrooms, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a laundry room, a pleasant yard, and 2 off-street parking spots. My husband and I live in the house next door at 1958 Onyx Street. Contact us either singly or as a group of 3, but please do not disturb the current tenants in the rental house.
