We are looking for one college student or college-age roommate to join our home near HeadCo on Kincaid (move in date July 1st). Looking for male, female, or otherwise. The house is Co-ed and shared with a friendly cat, so pet-friendly roommates are... preferred. We value a comfortable and respectful living environment and are looking for roommates who are queer-friendly, kind, considerate, and responsible about cleaning up after themselves.
Available Room:
• Room (upstairs): $725/month – Spacious room with a walk-in closet. Shared bathroom amongst two female roommates.
House Features:
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Shared common areas for studying and relaxing.
• Street parking available, plus two driveway spots.
• One cat lives in the house, so you must be okay with pets!
• Utilities (electricity, water, trash, and internet) are split evenly among roommates. $75 to $150 per person each month.
• Big backyard with deck.
