Mallard Properties

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and microwave. Heaters in every room, a porch light, and a sliding door closet in each bedroom. A storage unit is available on the other side of the building, I haven't needed to use it yet... so there's plenty of extra space in there.
Laundry is free and is located in the building across the street, a key is provided to enter. The mailbox is very close to the apartment, a key is provided. The garbage is on the other side of the building, a key is provided to unlock the gate.
