Newly Renovated, Fully Furnished: 7 bedroom 3 full bathroom house (2 rooms open) ALL GIRLS

Our house has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen and dining space (we have 2 fridge/freezers!) two living rooms (one large, one sunken small), laundry room with two washers and two dryers, street parking with J zone resident permit (only $20 for... the year) bedrooms are about 140 sq ft. And the house itself is 2800 sq ft. Huge backyard! We’re also a 10 min walk to the EMU :)
4 rooms are currently taken, both downstairs bedrooms and two upstairs. We are all pretty tidy and like to keep our space cute and clean (we love it here)
