Peaceful House in SW Hills

Quiet and spacious living in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, partly furnished 2 story house in the Southwest Hills of Eugene. Large kitchen and dining area. There are two living rooms, one in the daylight basement and one upstairs with views of the trees and... wildlife. Three bedrooms for rent are in the main level of the home. Each room upstairs is a little different ranging from $900-$1000/month. One has its own bathroom, one has access to the porch, and one is a basic bedroom.

I’m collecting interested applicants and will interview people until we find the right fit. Depending on the room, move in dates range from September 28 to October 10. Month-to-month contract, utilities (approx $250/m), garbage (approx $30/m) and the internet (approx $50/m) split 4 ways (about $80 a person). 1 month rent for deposit/per person. Each roommate has one off street parking spot on the property.

No animals. Shoes off house. No partying, smoking or illegal drug use.

Ideal roommate would be tidy, considerate, responsible, prefers a quiet space to study or rest. I'm interested in clear compassionate communicators, has integrity, keeps a clean space, and is respectful of others. Must pass a background and credit check with good references.
