Private Bedroom and Bathroom in a 3 bed 3 bathroom 515 apartment

Hi! I am currently looking for female to take over my lease at the 515 for next year (9/17/2025-8/31/2026). The lease is a bedroom in a three bed three bath premium unit. It is a great deal in a popular building about 12 minute walk from campus and... downtown. It is the only private bathroom left in the building and last garage parking spot that is only available if you sign my lease. It is also a discounted rate since I signed early, the normal rate is $1,244 and you will only pay $1,129!

My lease includes a bedroom, private bathroom, and parking space in building garage. The parking space could be taken off if needed and there is cheaper parking as well. The rent is $1,129 without the parking and with the parking it is $1284.

- This a full lease takeover, everyone is on individual leases so you’re only liable for your stuff.

The unit is all female so looking for a girl to take over. I currently live in the room right now and would live there next year if I could but have an unexpected change of plans.
