The Townhouse is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. The bedroom is mostly furnished, except for a desk. It has a large closet with upper shelves. You will have their own private full bathroom. The Laundry area is in the garage which the... graduate student or faculty will have access to whenever that is needed. The garage does have some room for minimal storage.
The tenant will have use of the kitchen and living room, along with their private bath & bedroom.
This northern Eugene Townhouse is close to the #66 & #67 bus stop (1 block) and 2 blocks from Winco Supermarket, 3 blocks from Costco and 3 blocks from a delicious deli/coffee shop. It is also in walking distance to a newer park with pickle ball courts & the little town of Crescent Village.
The back bedroom being rented is the quieter of the two and neighbors on both sides are quiet and considerate. You might hear an occasional bark from the sweet dog on one side when she is outside.
It is a very pleasant place to live and I, too, am a quiet person.
