FREE ROOM & BOARD for 16 hours/week of help, available April 13th: A helper/companion – GRAD STUDENT OR STAFF BEST - to live with a 91 year old woman in Coburg, Oregon, in a gorgeous location along the Willamette River. Use of a free standing,... furnished cottage (rent free) and food, in addition to monthly stipend based on work experience. Responsibilities include about 16 hours/week (hours flexible) of food shopping, food prep, helping with trash, recycling, dog walking, and various honey-do lists. Woman is able to do all activities of daily living herself: dress, hygiene, some food prep and is cognitively strong. Female preferred, have valid driver’s license, love dogs and have liberal politics to be a good fit. If woman’s health conditions change, room for job to expand with increased stipend, but not necessary.
