Room for re-let in all girls house close to restaurants/grocery

Large house on West 11th Avenue, all-girl roommates looking for preferably a female-identifying college student! 2 bedrooms per level, 3 levels total. Room in question is on base level. My friend (quiet but friendly) also lives on basement floor and... keeps mostly to herself. One bathroom per floor. Parking is free and always available on street and/or in driveway, based on your preference! Roommates on upper floors are all very nice, clean and quiet too.

Kitchen and living room are shared areas, but are always kept clean. Kitchen was recently updated with a professional stove/oven, so great fun if you enjoy cooking/baking!

I moved in on the basement floor with my friend (who will be remaining all year), but I'm graduating in December and will be moving to Portland for work. I love it here, but I just don't want to be paying for rent both in Eugene and Portland. Looking for someone to relet starting January 1 through the end of the lease :)
