Hi everyone! My roommates and I are looking for a female-identifying (LGBTQ+ friendly) roommate to fill a room in our South Eugene home beginning November 1st, with the opportunity to move in as early... as October 16th.



The Details
* Roommates: 3 women in our mid-20s (2 UO graduate students and 1 UO alum) + 1 very cute little dog
* Rent: $750/month
* Security Deposit: $750
* Utilities: Approximately $50–100/month
* Lease: Month-to-month
* Location: Lovely South Eugene neighborhood near South Eugene High School and Amazon Park. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to campus!
* Room: Large master suite with a private attached bathroom, partially furnished with a bed and desk, plus built-in storage
* Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garage for additional storage, and a large backyard
* Parking: Limited driveway parking available, with free street parking always available

About the Household

We love our little home and want to find someone who will help us keep it a comfortable and welcoming space. We value open communication and care for our shared spaces. We are seeking a roommate willing to contribute to the chores of the house and the effort to maintain a clean and comfy home.

A few things to note:
* No additional pets (However, must be willing to share spaces with a small cuddly animal)
* LGBTQ+ friendly
* Must be available for an in-person meeting/interview at the house with the current roommates
