Skybox Apartments

Some amenities are split between both Yugo Skybox and Yugo Courtside (both are right next to each other). The fitness room/gym is located in Courtside, while all others are in Skybox. This includes the mailroom/main office/lobby and top-floor... lounge/balcony area. There are also printers in the main lobby (complimentary monthly prints included) as well as a coffee bar. Both buildings are right next to Matthew Knight Arena, Hirons and Market of Choice. There is also an overnight security guard that patrols the property and on-site maintenance.
Each apartment comes with a washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, as well as heating/fans in every room. The whole apartment is newly renovated so all appliances/furniture are new and updated.
*For my specific apartment, there are four bedrooms, but only two are currently occupied (including my room). The other occupant in the unit is also planning on moving out, but does not currently live there. However, they sometimes goes back and forth between the apartment and their home state.
