The best bicycle route to the U of O campus lies primarily along the beautiful river park path and provides about a 25 to 30 minute ride to campus. Driveway parking is provided for one vehicle. The bathroom is accessed from the deck and is shared with another studio unit on the property. The bathroom has separate, private shower and toilet rooms that serve to increase availability for use. Smoking of anything is not allowed anywhere on the property. Water, electric, trash and high-speed internet bills are combined and shared by all residents.
